Welcome to the Filterkonsortium at KIT!

In summer 2018, the Filterkonsortium at KIT was founded with the aim of dealing with current issues in the field of dust filter technology with a focus on surface filters.

The Filterkonsortiums unites leading companies in the fields of fiber and media production, assembly, plant engineering and measurement technology with the activities of the working group Gas Particle Systems working group of the Institute of Mechanical Process Engineering (MVM).

Within the framework of the activities of the Filterkonsortium, long-term research work in the pre-competitive environment is mainly carried out in the MVM laboratories. Essential results of these activities are also made accessible to a broad public through publications.
